This newly renovated hotel offers sleek, practical and modern interior with kitchenettes in all the room. Not only does it come with your complimentary tea and coffee, but also cold beverages (water, coke and red bull). On the beds, you have bathrobes and slippers that you can use for the spa for each guest. We were upgraded to a superior double suites which has a separate room and en-suite bathroom, which meant that the kids had their own bathroom as well. The superior suite also has a combo oven and a stove which is not available in the standard room our friends stayed in. The hotel also has a spa which offers a pool, spacious relaxing beds with partitioning, and two saunas with different temperatures. It is very much comparable to dedicated wellness spas. Service was good with friendly staff on hand who can advise you on what to do in Zell am See, especially with children. Our hotel gave us a “Summer and mobility pass” which meant that the activities and public transport were free (or heavily discounted). The location is a short walk from the train station and close a couple minutes walk to the pool and town centre. Close enough to the main attraction, but far enough from the busy centre. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.

Good location , central to many attractions, bus stop 5 mts walk away , plenty restaurants, train station 7 mts Walk away , scenic walks plenty , More over some reason - the Care taker lady purchased- summer card included in the total package . This had access to most of the outdoor attractions. Very good , clean , neat facility . Whether good for 2 days , but enjoyed even the rest - rainy days , plenty outdoor activities possible still. Austria as such , incredibly organised and blessed with natural beauty …plenty positive things in this land to cheer you up … Used the 660 , 260 buses appropriately.

Very clean room, big terrace, I liked the ''honesty card'' policy at the bar.:) walking distance to the main streets and one of the ski lifts. We will come back in the summer! Big, easy to access parking with electrical charging station, which was great since we have an electric car. Self check out process very easy. Pool was very nice, very crowded in the evening but not in the morning.
